Hello all...... I am sitting in my fiance's parents home, and had a few minutes to write. Things are on the countdown for our family vacation to Disney World. Everyone is getting excited, and me... I am starting to worry will there be enough funds to have the fun with the kids I wuld like to have. I know we will have a wonderful time even if we can't attend ll the things we would like to.
Things are the same on the homefront. The kids are at the theme park with their Dad this weekend so we came down to visit pick up his son and attend a show we want to go to on Sunday.
No problems or situations to report withe kids, only episodes have been with the dogs.......yeah its a dog's life sometimes around here too.......lol. I did not realize that dogs could cause so much controversary.......this event tok place over who ate whose food...... imagine that. We had 1 dog that had slipped its collar and ran away for 5 days. Well to get him ome we offered a bucket of noodles and dogfood that was prepared for another dog........by the contender, for his dog...... and that did not go over very well.
Funny how some people can get so upset over someting as simple as dogfood when there is s o much more in this world to worry about.
Well as of this past Saturday we had 3 cars down.....I am happy to report that we got our main vehicle up and running and the car for the middle son TD is running now as well. We only have cosmetic work and tires left to get that one on the road. I know the boys will be glad, and I wont have to worry about them wrecking mine when they go out.
Well hope life has been treating you fair and look forward to hearing your comments on the post.
Take care my friends

Birthday Horrors
Well what a relief to be back at a peaceful place, my blog....lol
Sunday was my youngest son we will call him DAR DAR, 14th birthday. Being that we are from a split home he was instructed by his father that he wanted him to come visit him for that day, so respectfully Dar Dar went. Not that he wanted but he knew he would get some money out of the deal so he went. (Typical teenager). The kids came home early to chicken on the grill, and a brownie cake, so all went well.......Dar Dar's request was he wanted to go to the skating rink, lazer tag the next afternoon for his birthday......no problem, not a bad request.........WELL
Yesterday we awoke to the car wouldn't start, 1 of 3 we have down now......always something. Well instead of letting the boys go by themselves we took them, we meaning me and my fiance who we will call the CONTENDER......lol. You will see why that is in later blogs.
They were bored stiff so they said. On the ride home.......the horror began. My middle son, TD, is in an inner racial relationship, (which I am not at all thrilled about) and I overheard him on the phone referring to the fact he was not of our race but of her's.......(surely did not sit well with this mom)......After telling him to get off the phone, and he did not........WWIII broke out.
WE were still up at 2:30 am discussing racial, respect, and everything else under the sun.
Teenagers........they are suppose to be younger models of us right......NOT. WE have finally decide to agree to disagree.......only way to keep peace in the family at this point.
The good side of it all is that they all learned that if they just follow the rules, show a little more respect for the way I feel, beings I am MOM, that they will get to do more things they like to do. THey also even asked me to lay down some strict rules and they want the CONTENDER to inforce them.......wow sounds way to good to be true......only time will tell. In return I will be sure to tell you as well.
Until then..................I am still searching for the book they forgot to give me when I had them so I will know how to handle these types of discussions better.......LOL

7 Ring Circus
Welcome all who dare to read. This is my first time at blogging, as many of you more experienced readers will soon find out.
What's in a name? Well I am a single mom of 4 kids, 3 teenage boys, and one little girl, we all live with my mother and my Uncle lives with us as well. He has alzheimers and dementia, so there is always a story there. We have a small farm with chickens and dogs. Also I am engaged to a wonderful guy ( well sometimes...lol). So there is always something interesting going on here, always......with as many people with different personalities that live in this house there is always a story to share.
Hope you will be able to get a few laughs at our expense, or shed a few tears. Or better yet, maybe it will make you think...." My life is not so bad," or "Thank God I am not her."
Her being Stuffy MacFatten........there is another story in that name as well.....
